WELCOME TO THE MINDFULNESS TREE MEDITATION COMMUNITY IN CHARLESTON, WV!
Why did we choose the name “The Mindfulness Tree?” First of all, we are all about mindfulness meditation education and practice. Secondly, part of our last name, “Baum,” means “tree” in German. Finally, our logo is the tree of life which reminds us of stability, rootedness, strength, growth, life, and shelter – all of the things that mindfulness brings to enhance and enrich our lives.
Mind Heart Matters! We provide mindfulness education and meditation practice in person and online to connect mind and heart. From guest presenter, group meditation classes, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and private/group instructor, we can help you find calm and peace and will help equip you with tools to deal with the stress of everyday life. We are located in the beautiful state of West Virginia within blocks of the state capitol of Charleston, West Virginia.
