Our purpose is to provide mindfulness meditation education, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) classes, mindfulness groups and private/small group instruction locally and online. Our mission is to make mindfulness education accessible to everyone regardless of socioeconomic status.

About Christine
Dr. Christine Blice-Baum is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher and mindfulness educator. She received her training through the University of Massachusetts Medical School Oasis Institute for Mindfulness-Based Professional Education and Teacher Training. An experienced leader, teacher, public speaker and writer, Christine brings her passion for mindfulness to all in an accessible and engaging way.
Christine is an ordained Lutheran pastor with over 35 years of ministry. She proudly served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years as an active duty chaplain, serving bases throughout the world and deploying in support of Operation ALLIED FORCE (Kosovo War) and twice in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM. In addition to being a Lutheran pastor, Christine was a church organist for many years.
Christine finished a Master of Arts Degree in Buddhist Studies at the University of the West in Rosemead, CA. She is now a PhD candidate in Buddhist Studies at the University of the West and spent last two Fall semesters in-residence in California.
She is married to Mark Blice-Baum and they have two adult children and a grandson, Nolan.
